Vintage sapphire and diamond cluster ring

A vintage 14 carat yellow and white gold ring with eight brilliant cut diamonds and a sapphire in a round cluster setting. 

The diamonds are .48 carat in total, VS in quality and H in color. The sapphire has a diameter of 4.5 mm and is about a .40 carat stone. The setting has a diameter of 12 mm. 

The ring size is 17.00 mm, the size can be modified if necessary. 

The ring is in good condition with clear lively stones.
