Can antique rings be resized?
Most of our rings can be resized within 2-3 sizes. However, some intricate eternity bands or patterned shanks may have limitations. Please contact us before purchasing to ensure your chosen ring can be adjusted to your specific size.
What is your shipping and insurance policy?
We offer complimentary, fully insured express shipping on all orders. Your ring will be securely packaged and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure it reaches you safely.
Do you provide appraisals or certificates?
Each ring comes with a complimentary Certificate of Authenticity and a detailed valuation report for insurance purposes. For significant stones, we also include independent grading reports from the GIA or EGL.
What is your return policy for vintage jewelry?
We offer a 14-day return period for a full refund, provided the ring is returned in its original condition with the security tag intact. Please note that custom-resized rings are eligible for store credit only.
How do I care for my antique ring?
Antique jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. We recommend removing your ring during strenuous activities and cleaning it only with a soft brush and mild soapy water. We offer a complimentary annual professional cleaning and inspection service for all our customers.
